

Andalusian Cookery
The andalusian cuisine is very interesting, because of all the different
influences, amongst others Arabian.
A lot of dishes are simple, e.g. the world famous "tortilla de patatas", but
they still have their little secrets!
We will let you into these secrets; during five days we will prepare the nicest
dishes. If the weather is good, we prefer to do this in "el campo": somewhere in
the middle of the beautiful countryside of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
Tortilla, revuelto de esparagos, albondigas, cordero con miel, ternera a la
jerez, espinacas con garbanzos, and much more. And although not really typical
andalusian, because it has its origins in Valencia, we often end up with a
wonderful paella.
Of course, after all the hard labour we will sit down and enjoy the meal!
