Spanish for Foreigners
Why would you like to learn Spanish in Spain?
Because you're right in the middle of it all of course!
Therefore, we do not lock ourselves up in a class room, we often walk down town
to practice; breakfast in the local bar, shopping on the market place, etc. etc.
This way, you do not only get to know La Cartuja, but also the whole village of
Cazalla de la Sierra and the people who live there.
We are not a classic "school", so we do not submit you to any kind of admission
test, nor will you get any certificate.
The workshops have three different levels: beginners, intermediate and
advanced/conversation. We work in small groups with a lot of personal attention.
Lessons for beginners will be given by Gerrit or Linda; the intermediate and
advanced/conversation classes by Selene or Carmen.
For the lessons, we use the method "Sueña". We advise you to bring your own
dictionaries and a book with the conjugation of Spanish verbs.
Also when they are not planned in our yearly program, it is possible to have
Spanish classes.
In winter, from November to March, we offer a special course "Spanish for Winter
Residents". There are lessons three times a week, the length of the lessons will
depend on the number of participants.
